Casa Ziki Return Policy 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order for store credit or exchange only. All returns must be approved in advance by Casa Ziki. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original manufacturer's packaging. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from receipt of order at your shipping address. Please note all furniture sales are final no returns or exchanges are accepted since they are unique one of a kind pieces.

Upon receipt of the shipment, Casa Ziki will contact you by email to confirm your store credit or exchange.

Internet returns may also be made in person to Casa Ziki within 14 days of shipping order date only during our normal business hours. We will issue you a store credit, or you may exchange your item for something new.

 

Casa Ziki Shipping Policy 

Packing and shipping for orders domestic and international are fulfilled in house by Casa Ziki. Options of shipping providers and rates will be provided according to package size, weight, and final destination. Delivery time estimates are based on the assumptions that products are in stock at location at the time of order. Though a rare occurrence, expected product shipments from our vendors can become delayed, resulting in a delay in our inventory.

Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payments of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

 

Free Gift Packaging

We're happy to send your purchase as a gift, packaged in free tissue paper and ribbon. Include a note on the checkout page of your order or contact us via email at hello@casaziki.com.

 

Casa Ziki Storage Policy 

After purchases of furniture (including lighting, mirrors, and rugs) are made online or in store we can hold items up to 1 week before we begin charging a daily storage fee. A fee of 10% of retail value per day will be required upon pick up of your items.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages after they appear to be delivered by the shipping carrier. We do not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you ship your order to a safe and reliable address to avoid these type of issues. When a package appears as delivered we did our part in packaging and shipping out the item and if it arrived and it was stolen that is not our fault.

All and any accessories sold on our Site are intended for use with tobacco only and should be used strictly as intended. If you do not intend to use our products legally, you may not purchase them.

Some smoking accessories may only be purchased by customers of legal age under federal, state, and local law. By browsing or purchasing any such accessory, you verify that you are of legal age.

Some smoking accessories may not be shipped to certain destinations. 

We attempt to make our product descriptions as accurate as possible. However, Casa Ziki does not warrant that the product descriptions or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.

Payment Method

We accept credit card payments securely through Shopify. If you'd prefer to give us your credit card number over the phone please feel free to contact us during store hours to make your purchase.

Backordered Items

Occasionally an item ordered will be out of stock and need to be reordered. In these rare cases customers will be notified within 24 hours of placing their order.
